APPROACH TO LONGDOLE - Please approach Longdole from Birdlip - the polo club will be signed from there. NO lorries under any circumstances are to approach Longdole from Brimpsfield - Please tell your horse Hirors.

PARKING - Please park where the Longdole staff ask you to. 

TIMING - PLEASE turn up on time and report in. If your team, or their numbers, is different from that shown in the programme, please report this. Keep an eye on the progress of chukkas. Times are approximate and chukkas may run early or late. 

HANDICAPS - This tournament is being played "off the stick", i.e. no handicaps are taken into account.

CHUKKAS - All Chukkas are 6 minutes ending on the first bell. In the event of a draw, the result will be decided by a "run-down" according to Pony Club rules.

LITTER - Please pick up all your litter in the car/lorry park.
