AKUMA NATIONAL UNIVERSITY
ARENA POLO CHAMPIONSHIPS

When: Thursday 18th February through till and Including Sunday 21st February 2010
Who: All University teams and Alumni. Sections will be: Beginner, Novice, Lower Intermediate, Upper Intermediate, Combined, Open and Alumni.
Entry: Forms will be on the website for all to download by 10th December 2009.
Insurance: SUPA/HPA insurance will be £50. This includes Public Liability as laid down by the HPA and also Personal Accident Insurance from SUPA. Forms again can be downloaded from www.supa.org.uk
Knock Out: As per the summer, entry to the 1st Division of both Novice and Beginner Sections, will be by confirmed entry by email to universities@supa.org.uk The first team from each University entered will go into the draw. The rest will go into a 1a Division. Second teams will automatically go into Division 2. There will be a Division 3 in each Section.
Finals: All main Finals will be played on Sunday 21st February.
Party: Bristol University Polo Club will again be hosting the Official Players Party on Satturday night at the Hand Arena. Tickets should be £15 again.

Accommodation: Warrens Holiday Village. Mobile homes where many University teams stay. 1 mile from the Hand Arena. 01275 871666.
Cash Machine: There is a Tesco Superstore 1 mile from Hand Arena.
Directions: The Hand Arena is easy to find and signed from M5 Motorway. www.handequestrian.com
