Sunday 19th June 2022 at Cirencester Park Polo Club marks the launch of a new annual event, ‘The U18’s National Polo Gala’ celebrating our sport’s grassroots talent.  This inaugural event showcases ‘The SUPA Senior Schools National Championships’ at Cirencester, in association with sponsor, Glion.  Glion is a world-leading luxury hospitality and business university in Switzerland.  In addition to their generous support of this prestigious event, they will be presenting prizes on the day.

Also on the day, the final and subsidiary final of Cirencester’s domestic 8-goal Junior Cavalry tournament will be played.  The Junior Cavalry Cup is a handsome historic silver trophy, originally used as a trophy for junior cavalry officers at the army cavalry equitation training school at Weedon.

The SUPA Senior Schools National Championships will see Beginners, Novice, Intermediate and Open Division 2 running in the morning, with the Open teams playing on Cirencester’s prestigious number 1 ground, ‘Ivy Lodge’ in the afternoon.

Cirencester’s Ivy Lodge Clubhouse Bar & Restaurant, headed up by award-winning Head Chef Ethan Rodgers, will be open serving a delicious Father’s Day Sunday Luncheon Menu; or visitors can pre-order picnic hampers to collect on the day form the restaurant.  There will also be Dolcetti’s legendary ice cream trailer, a bouncy castle and face painting for the children.

All in all, Father’s Day this year will be a great family day out for families at Cirencester Park Polo Club!  Plenty of polo, delicious food, and refreshments all day, with activities for the kids.

Everyone is welcome – Free entry for SUPA members and their families and CPPC members.  Non-members £20 per person, U16’s FOC.
