SUPA Fees

Membership and Tournament entry fees

  • Membership lasts for 12 months from the date you register. The Registration Fee below includes the HPA Limited Liability Insurance premium payment.
  • Preferred membership payment is via debit/credit card.
  • Bank transfer can be made for bulk memberships but please note that your memberships will not be valid until the funds have cleared.
  • In accordance with data protection regulations and standard practice, once a member reaches the age of 18, all communication regarding SUPA membership, eligibility, and participation will be conducted directly with the member.

Parents or guardians may only received information or communicate with SUPA on behalf of the member where written consent has been provided by the member.

All HPA club members may join SUPA for a reduced fee of £40.00.

Late Charges: A Player Late Entry Charge of £30.00* per person will be applied to those entries not paid by the closing date of the tournament. A Team Late Tournament Entry Charge of up to £80* per team will be applied to those entries not paid by the closing date specified.

(*NB: Discretion for section managers to fill a space on the day with an existing member at no extra charge)
